From the time your documents leave your office to placement in our storage facility, we maintain a tight chain of custody. A barcode scanner records every time a box is moved, so we can always give you a precise location.
Our facility is equipped with internal and external video surveillance and monitored alarm systems so you can be confident that your records are safe and secure at all times.
Our online client portal makes storing, tracking, and retrieving records simple and efficient.
We design a custom storage, retrieval, and end-of-life plan to meet your volume and response needs.
Storage costs are based on volume, and additional services like transport fee, pull fee, etc., will be billed as used on a monthly basis.
We will pick up your boxes at your location and securely transport them to our facility. Each box of records is bar coded so we can track each time, location, and person that handles your boxes. We also assist you in assigning a destruction date for the box based on its contents. As that date draws near, you will be contacted to either defer or approve destruction.
We are members of the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA) and the nonprofit group of Professional Records & Information Services Management (PRISM), which means we maintain professional standards in record keeping and information management.
